Statement

All visual depictions of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing in or on this Service comply with the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

All performers depicted were verified to be at least 18 years of age at the time the visual depictions were produced. Records required by federal law are kept by the Custodian of Records identified below.

Third-party content

For visual depictions that we did not originally produce, record-keeping obligations under § 2257 belong to the original producer. We act as a secondary producer and rely on the verification, indemnification, and § 2257 records maintained by each contributing producer / studio / verified uploader, on file with their respective Custodian of Records.

Verification process for uploaders

Before any user-submitted explicit material is published, the uploader must:

Verify their own identity through [TO_BE_FILLED: verification vendor — e.g. Yoti, Persona].
Submit signed government-issued ID and model release for every performer.
Confirm in writing that all performers were at least 18 at the time of recording.

We retain these records for the period required by 28 C.F.R. § 75.4.
